Paramedics Defence Service (PDS) advises and represents paramedics in relation to employment law, employer level grievances, disciplinary processes and appeals, HCPC misconduct allegations and other HCPC regulatory processes, and appeals to the High Court. We also handle criminal and civil law cases, and can advise on matters relating to professional work or domestic life issues.
